How we tint your Tesla
Teslas have more glass than most cars, and much of it is curved. We cut each piece to your model’s glass and shrink the film to fit the rear window and roof.
The glass roof lets in a lot of heat. A clear or light Ceramic IR film on the roof keeps the view and blocks much of that heat.

Tesla window tinting questions
Can you tint the Tesla glass roof?
Yes. A light or clear Ceramic IR film on the roof keeps your view of the sky and blocks much of the heat coming through it.
Will tint affect my phone key or Autopilot?
No. Ceramic film has no metal in it, so phone keys, GPS and LTE work as normal. We never put film over the cameras.
Which shade is legal on a Tesla in Nebraska?
Model 3 and Model S are cars, so the front side windows must let in at least 35% of light and the rear windows at least 20%. Model Y, Model X and Cybertruck are multi-purpose vehicles and can go darker behind the driver.
How long does it take?
Tint appointments are finished the same day. That includes the glass roof when you have it tinted.
What does the warranty cover?
Union window film comes with a lifetime warranty against cracking, bubbling, peeling and fading for as long as you own it.
